Charlie Brown tries a new system for Snoopy's feeding schedule, and things don't go according to plan. Charlie's kite takes a mind of its own and takes Charlie with it to a nearby tree where Charlie Brown is tangled in string and hung upside down. Snoopy criticized Charlie Brown's idea of using a food cart to serve Snoopy's food, Then Charlie Brown calls Lucy over to do a little job. Charlie Brown and Lucy talk about the presidency, while Charlie thinks one way, Lucy thinks the opposite.
